Back in the summer I was asked by Bonne Sante (Welles's Clinics based around Val d'Isère) to do an interview about how I keep fit an healthy during the winter seasons.
Despite working Full Time as the Resident DJ & Artistic Director of Dick's Tea Bar, I was able to make it on to the mountain and in to the gym most days. I also maintained a healthy, Vegan diet too. I honestly think that choosing this lifestyle (rather than one of partying and drinking a lot at Apres Ski every day) has meant that my Snowboarding improved so much as I was able to finish each winter season much fitter than when I started- albeit a little sleep deprived!
